"Taxidermy was superb. Gotta love the Wisconsin up nort’ bars. Bartender was a gem, said we could get all “da beers and no tip” bc we only had $10. We bought cheap beers and tipped though! Took lots of fun pictures."

Such impeccable vibes, we came back on our second night in town. Make sure to check out all of the wildlife taxidermy and read the news article about Jim Otis catching that giant sturgeon; it's exactly how you think it would sound."

"Wow! Was not expecting such a cool experience at a "dive" bar on my travels through Wisconsin. This place is a must stop. The woodwork in the establishment is done extremely well, the bar is thoughtfully designed and the taxidermy animals is SO tastefully and artfully done. Bartender was attentive and local patrons were nice."

"If you haven't been to Hayward before you need to stop in to this historical sight. Especially in the off season when things are a bit slower. You'll have a good drink in a piece of history. If your interested in the local lore around the fishing industry and tourism you'll have to stop in and do some light reading. Learn more about the sensation of Musky Fishing. But over all enjoy the atmosphere and wonderfully charming service. Comfy bar stools."
