"I thought I’d stop and get a nice cuppa coffee and some donuts and I walked in and there’s lots of people behind the counter and I was completely ignored so after five minutes I left come on. No acknowledgment of customer standing there waiting horrible customer service. I waited 10 minutes and came back in again. Waited another five minutes to be rudely acknowledged by what appeared to be. The manager seemed extremely grumpy, unpleasant, no greeting no happy to see you here I started to order coffee, and a doughnut, and the look of discussed on the person’s face made me change my mind so I just got a coffee there is no creamer or anything that you can put in your cell they have to do it for you. That’s kind of ridiculous because everybody likes their coffee different. I decided to skip the donuts after the grumpy welcome they were supposed to call out my coffee but they did not call out my coffee so it was sitting there , the restaurant looked clean. The donuts looked good. I would’ve liked to have had one but with that kind of customer service I changed my mind."

"We placed an order and sat down waiting to be called to get our order. 20 minutes passed and a co worker seen me looking at them, she came over and asked if we had ordered food and I said yes. They had made our food and placed it on the mobile order shelf. She handed it too use and it was cold and soggy. Meanwhile, during that 20 minutes, I watched 9 co worker playing around in food area. People with food ready gloves on fixing their hair, tucking in shirts, using phones, then touching good. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. If there was a manager on duty, they didn't seem to be concerned. We will not be returning or recommending Dunkin donuts to anyone."

"Yup, America runs on Dunkin; no wonder America is a laughing stalk. Bought a hot matcha, which didn't look green like matcha, and I could taste everyone's previous coffee order; yumm... then bought a muffin, the first bite tasted like onions. Yummy.. is this why everyone's bosses are always mad? Lol I'm dun, with Dunkin."
