"Nice furniture and I have been a longtime customer and much of my furnishings have come from Furnitureland over the years. Yet, over the last 4 years, service has gone down the tubes. Ordered a chair in January 2022. Promised the latest it would arrive would be August (an 8 month wait). Needed it for a family gathering in September! No contact from the company. They said they anticipated September..then October. Then it was was crickets from the store. No calls with an order update. I had to call them! Would that be so difficult? To contact customers to l provide an update on their order, perhaps on a monthly basis? Today I called for an update, and was upset as it has been 11 months waiting on 1 chair for my living room. The sales lady said, “Oh it just arrived this morning on the truck (really on a Saturday?), and you were on my list to call”. I believe it has been there in the store for a long time and she was covering her bases. Very similar situation last year with an order of Living room furniture! I am done with Furnitureland!"
