"I have never experienced such poor customer service. I went to this store to return an online purchase that I received in the mail. Upon starting my return with the manager, I was asked if I owned any animals. Because I said yes, she proceeded to tell me to “clean up” the “pet hair” that was supposedly inside the shoe. Keeping in mind, I never tried the shoes on. She stated that she could not start the return until I “cleaned up” the hair because she was deathly allergic. I proceeded to pretend to pick out any hair (there was none) while she helped other customers. I have never been treated so rudely when trying to make a return. This should have been a simple return process and was the first time I had ever ordered from Foot Locker, never again…not worth the hassle."
"I had an horrible experience at Champs in the West Towne Mall. After going to them, l came to footlocker where Danae helped better my whole experience. Because the way l was atoganized, mocked and laughed at Champs it truly upset me. Thanks again Danae you and your staff truly are wonderful people."
"The customer service was horrible, the workers were rude. They asked for my name, I spelt it out and then the computer asked me if my email was correct. I never gave them my email so I don’t know how they decided that, that was my email. I said it was wrong and she said she fixed it but it showed me the same email. I said never mind and lets just finish it without an email and when I asked for a receipt after we payed she said she couldn’t give me a receipt because I didn’t give them a correct email."
"I will NEVER buy anything from this store again! I bought a pair of shoes for $120.00 from here last week and once I got home and wore them around my house a little, I decided I needed a half size bigger. So today, I went in to simply exchange the shoes and the dude working told me the price went up and that I needed to pay the difference. Ha! Well after Arguing with the guy he called his coworker to correct everything and I did not pay the difference and I will never shop there again! I was totally insulted!"
"So, I ordered a pair of shoes online to pick up in the store. It wasn’t delivery, they had them in the store, and I made sure of this before buying. In fairness to FL, the email said to wait for another email advising product was ready for pickup. I went early. I take all the blame for this, and I told the guy when I first walked in. They found the shoes but had to call the help desk because the order wasn’t ready. 20 minutes or so later he tells me I have to come back later that night. I just don’t understand what the difference is from me walking in and buying them. I even offered to pay for them again or buy another pair. Hell, I should’ve just not said anything and canceled it later. Either way, I canceled the order just because of the hassle. No one really did anything wrong per say, but this is how you lose customers when your not operating efficiently."
