"They've made it infinitely harder to access Coupons that get you less than the old ones did. they don't have The weekly coupons up front anymore. So they make you go into the app to get less savings than the store used to do. The management was rude about the fact that the company used to help the consumer actually get the savings. Now they make you work twice as hard for 20% less, and they give it to you on your cheapest item rather than your most expensive item, which is not the way this company needs to be run I don't know if it's switched hands. But Michaels is not the same as they used to be. It is kind of a cash grab. And they make it harder to be a professional artist."

"I normally love this store. They had an in store promotional coupon posted inside the back of where you would put your kiddo in the cart. 40% off one regular priced item. I was there shopping for some items for both my mother and I and before proceeding to the check out I had stopped to ask an employee if I would be able to use the coupon on both SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS, BOTH WITH THEIR OWN REWARDS ACCOUNTS and she said nope absolutely not. So I didn't argue, instead, I called my mom and she had said to put certain things of hers back that she'd find them elsewhere for either a deal or cheaper price. I go to the cashier ( not the one I spoke to) and there is a woman in front of me, who not joking did about 5 transactions and was most definitely allowed to use the same coupon on each one. I was pretty upset. So I mentioned it when it was my turn and she said oh go ahead and get your mom's stuff again as there are now 4 other customers in line I said no I was just wondering why one said no way and you're wonderful and said you guys have always honored them. So I did not be that Karen and make everyone else wait and just bought my items and went upon my way but just as an official assurance my friend who was in line behind me also most definitely was allowed to use the coupon on both of her transactions.. that girl definitely dropped the customer service ball that evening.."
