"Very rude staff this happens yesterday 1/31/24. I did not remember that the cashier did not gave me my receipt of purchase after which I have paid the product upon checking my transaction in my bank card . Manager Louisa was called and a request to issue another receipts since I cannot find my receipts in my bag. Manager Louisa had made me search my bag for a receipts because it will take them 20 minutes to issue a copy of a receipts on my purchase. I heard the manager and another employee repeated saying the receipts in her bag in their internal communication phone repeatedly. That made me search my own bag like being interrogated and search your own bag. First of all you don’t treat people or customer in a request for a copy of receipts like that, I feel that I was treated like a shop lifters in front of other customer. Very very rude I will not go to this Hobby lobby store anymore and caution to everyone the staff are not humane."

"Despite a pretty good crowd of folks trying to check out at the same time.. There were enough cashiers attempting to ease the situation. The cashiers were polite and courteous. Yup, if I'm in the area again I'll stop by again for my crafting needs!"

"3.5 Though 50% off all Xmas decorations, it's still a tad bit pricey. 50% off prices are other places sale prices. Cute stuff. Returned purchase because items left glitter on everything. Worth looking."

"My favorite crafts store before i go anywhere else. Not only do they have quality merchandise but shopping to worship music is always a plus. It's always clean and the employees and are always friendly. Their Christmas items are one of the main reasons I check in early to see what's new but also to see the older stuff again like the music boxes which I own. And their constant in-store specials are such a nice surprise especially in the fabric dept where I get most of my materials for my many sewing projects."

"Great experience at this large Hobby Lobby. Building was once a Mervyns. Plenty of space for all kinds of art and crafts, flowers, home decoration, and seasonal items. Found more then I need. Plenty of cashiers to handle the crowds, and more were called when a large line started to form. We were treated professionally and speedily by cashier Joann. Will be the Hobby Lobby to go in the future."
