"This place straight ROBBED me. I went in to use the ATM, the workers acknowledged me since I'd just gotten gas. I requested 80$ from the machine and it said it was dispensed. No money came out. Stood there for 20 mins. I checked my bank amd 80$ was pending. Today, the charge went through. $80 stoleb from me acct. The manager said there's no money in the machine. It's broken. THEN WHY THE F DIDNT HE TELL ME THAT B4 I USED IT? Scammers. For real. Be careful."
"What can you say, it's an "Arco AM/PM" gas station/convenient store. This particular one is in the Carmichael/Arden area and right at the corner of Marconi Ave. & Eastern Ave. On multiple occasions, I have found myself filling my tank up here since their gas is roughly 20-40 cents cheaper than their competition. The one drawback is that this place is very small and sometimes you have to maneuver carefully around the pumps; especially with larger vehicles such as company trucks, extended pickup, and cargo vans. However, this place is well-lit at night time and I have generally always felt safe buying my gas and snacks here no matter what time it is. On the inside, you have your typical basic food items such as chips, candy bars, sodas, ice cream, and frozen snacks. There also carry their fair share of hot items (burritos, hot dogs, & breakfast items) as well as cold sandwiches. Much like a 7-11 but more scaled down. And of course, you can always get your fix on energy drinks, beer, a small amount of wines, lottery tickets, gum, oil, and cigarettes. One thing that drew me to this location was their "Dippin' Dots" ice cream. During my visit, they have a whole freezer dedicated to this unique ice cream only found at state fairs, arcades, and very specific businesses. Some of the drawbacks of this location was lack of a public restroom (it was out of order) and no water/squeegee to clean your windshield. Service is just okay as this is the type of place I don't like to spend much time at. With that said and done, this AM/PM is an average three stars."
"Older clerk\owner who's balding with the horse shoe style was not only rude but discriminates and has an ethnic bias\prejudice. He asked me what I wanted, yet he had the audacity to skip me and while standing at the register and ignoring my request 3 times, he decided it would be appropriate to help the white guy standing behind me 1st. Check the camera it happened today. I asked him 3 times for a specific item, so there was no confusion. Racism will not be tolerated by your company and this locations discriminatory practices by it's employee. This is how your staff treats it's American Indian patrons."
"The old man (owner/clerk?) at the register is overtly discriminatory. From his actions I would say he fancies himself a cut above his clientele. Believe me he is not. He has taken his lack of customer service to an ultimate low, by choosing who he will and will not serve (shoes and shirt adorned), while the store takes a hit. He would dump a fountain drink, before taking a good Samaritan's cash. If asked why, well he says you are the one causing the trouble. Actually, he is correct, if customers no longer frequent the store he will be at peace, undisturbed. I have taken him up on this, and if you are intelligent you too will avoid his am/pm gas convenient store because old people deserve to be happy in their twilight years."
"I was assaulted at this AM/PM today. That is right. I was punched IN THE MOUTH in front of everyone pumping gas (about 10-15 people) by some crazy-ass chick. Not one customer tried to help or ask me if I was okay. When I went inside to get their address and tell them what happened the clerks stood there looking and did not say one word to me. As I waited 40 minutes for the Sheriff to show up, NOT ONCE did they come out and ask me if I was okay. Their lack of customer service and caring is astonishing to me. How can people behave like this? This place SUCKS! When i have gone to this AM?PM in the past I have found the clerks to be consistently rude. I will not be going back there EVER."
