"The lady at the counter today was very rude. She's ways been rude but this is my last straw. Saying oh my God as if it isn't her job to be a cashier. Someone fire her already. Never nice to anything/anyone and been going for years. The rest are sweet but not the blonde older one."

"Horrible service lady was rude said they close at nine. I told her “ says online you guys close at 10” she says don’t believe everything you say on internet very rude lady. Wouldn’t recommend going here at all."

"Geez. Walked in and asked if they had locks. Lady looks like I just asked her to adopt my firstborn. Then "Bike lock? That's all we have..." So me says "yes"....She Does tell me where and I get Not a bike lock but a lock so I'm happy. Checkout....placed my items closer to Sweet Cashier and she pushed them back....too confusing with the other customer's One Item. Geez."

"I am all about buying local! I have been treated rudely for the last time in this store today. I will never go back in this store. I asked a simple question after I found her and got snapped at. I didn't even get a chance to get my full question out. Done!! If Deagans or Piggly Wiggly doesn't have it I am driving to Janesville. If 0 stars was an option that's what they would have recieved."

"If this at a zero rating I would give it a zero rating a less than zero rating. This is the absolute worst Family Dollar I have ever been to in my entire life I live right here in town and only go here because it is the closest and more convenient but from now on I think I will be heading to Janesville or Madison from now on. All the ladies at the Family Dollar are very rude very rude and snotty all the time. One lady all she does is complain about how it’s only been two hours past and how she still has six or eight hours to go. It’s just every time I go there it’s always some thing whether you feel uncomfortable invasion of privacy because of how their attitudes just affect people on a daily basis they don’t realize that. I’ve worked in customer service many years of my life and this is the absolute worst customer service I’ve had to deal with in my entire life with this store. They don’t even let you enter your phone number they cut you off when you’re halfway or not even halfway through entering your phone number to clip coupons for their family dollar app it’s like they don’t want you knowing about their app. The lady said to me normally we ask you to enter your phone number I said that’s a lie I’ve never not once been asked if I have your app or have I entered my phone number not once over 4 years if anything every time I try to enter up my phone number I feel like they purposely cut me off!!! And if you have to sit there and wait for service for a second oh boy they get super snotty then. I am not the only one with this opinion as my whole family has been to the store and thinks the same but as for me and my family we will no longer go here because of the customer service."
