I recently had a strap break on my hiking boots. I bought them almost a year ago and only got 5 hikes out of them. I went in only hoping they'd help me out with a warranty claim to Keen, but they said they would exchange them for me through Keen. That level of service is hard to beat and is GREATLY appreciated."

"Horrible customer service, very rude. My dad went down to purchase what would have been his third pair of work boots, which aren’t by any means cheap. The gentleman my father dealt with was extremely short, snatched the box of boots right out of my his hands and barked back at him that if he wanted to try on a pair of boots to wait for an employee to pull them out of the rack for him. As there were quite a few customers in the store, and what appeared to be only one or two employees, it would be ridiculous to sit and wait just to look at a pair of shoes. If they aren’t to try on and look at, then, why are they on the shelf upfront where the customer would obviously get the impression that they may retrieve a pair from the shelf to try on, as is the case in any shoe store I have ever been to in my life. Needless to say, my dad went somewhere else to buy his work boots. My family has always tried to support local businesses, this is one of the main reasons no business lasts around here. Absolutely horrible customer service."
