"We found some vintage pictures of my sister from 52 years ago while cleaning out my mother's house. Took them to the custom framing dept and Jojo did a wonderful job matting and framing them. We were able to present them to her for her birthday and she was overjoyed! We have them proudly displayed going up the stairs. Michaels is a great place for framing!"

"The two individuals that I asked for help didn't even know they sold the items I was looking for. Told me they didn't have them in the store. I then I looked on the website myself while I was in the store and it told me what isle. The cashier was very helpful cashing out with the discounts."

"This location has just about anything you need for crafting, creating, or just about any holiday project, but their hours are inconsistent and they don't update them on Google or on the stores door. The picture I've added is what I took today (12/14/23) while standing outside for 5 minutes because they didn't open at 8am as stated in Google (hours which were updated 5 days ago according to Google), and upon entering discovered that those hours are incorrect as well and they close at 7pm daily. Michael's management needs to get it together."

"This used to be a great store. Now the employees are lazy, incompetent and downright rude. Items say they’re in stock, order for pickup, cancelled. Go in, they have plenty. Go in for a pickup that does go thru and it takes forever to get and it’s never right or pieces missing, then they have to walk around looking for where the rest of the order is. They won’t even do curbside. When shopping no one helps, no one knows anything and they even walk in front of you, cut you off, stand on their phones. This store is ridiculous."
