"Daniella ... whoa, never again! Spent the last three days trying to complete the miserable process of what is required to file a claim on one of two chairs purchased at the Simi store in January. The store suggested I buy the additional warranty's (Asurion) which I did. The fabric has been falling off the chairs for months. Daniella (Manager) spent more time talking over me and not hearing I word I said for five minutes. When I asked for a District Manager's contact info, she said I would have to get that from the customer service number which I called and was told they don't have that info, adding, I wonder why she told you to call us? I encouraged the customer service person to call her and request it while I remained on hold, he did and she refused to provide it to her own company's customer service rep! A transcript of the call is on the way and I will post it when it arrives."
