"Well stocked, clean, nice cashiers. But staff in the store are rude. One came up as I was choosing an item, and reached in front of me to take ALL of them. When I objected, she raised her phone and said, I'm filling an order. So don't bother going, online has precedence? Another day, a staffer in an almost empty store entered the aisle as we were choosing items, and said "excuse me" to push past to the other end. No one was in the aisles around us, so again, instead of simply choosing an empty aisle to reach the end cap, she had to be sure to inconvenience customers. We won't bother returning; other stores have courteous staff. Maybe Michaels should learn the strategy of sending staff to the stockroom to fill orders! And to not disturb customers for the staff's laziness!"
