"Scam , I got trick . I received a email from high class vape co. Saying if you use the promotion code BOGO at the check out you will get a free bottle when you order a bottle . “ buy one & get one free” . So I ordered 6x 120mL then I put in the code BOGO, But nothing happen . Then I click the order hoping it will go through and hoping it will mention about the discount, but it didn’t. Right away I emailed them , asking them I haven’t gotten my discount . They just told me I did not input the BOGO code . I told them I did , they act like they didn’t believe me . So I told them may I canceled the order so I can do it again . They told me the item had be shipped and there’s nothing they can do. I was like “WHAT” ? It’s only been 5 minutes. THIS IS FASTER THAN AMAZON PRIME . I bet if I haven’t pay the full Amount, they will not ship it that fast. After that I never gotten any reply from email or calls from them . Scam."

"Buyer beware, I received an email about a BOGO sale and a couple of hours later I placed an order, and the BOGO didn't apply. You can't enter a coupon code. I was hoping when I hit the order button it would be applied but it did not happen. I was given a 15% discount on my order which wasn't what I was offered. I contacted customer service and was told there was nothing they could do, it is what it is, false advertising. After several messages they offered a free bottle of juice on my next order. I ordered 4 bottles and should have gotten 8 bottles. One doesn't fix the problem and they were unwilling to resolve their mistake. They have quality products but left me very disappointed with customer service and false advertising tactics."

"Placed an order and about a week went by no tracking number no anything. Tried their email.no response. Sent an additional msg. Waited a day still nothing. called their phone twice during business hours once just got voice-mail the second time someone just ended the call after a few rings no voice-mail or anything a pretty huge slap in the face after ordering 100 dollars worth of juice. Go somewhere else."
