"This Casey's helped us out a lot in a tough situation! My young son got carsick on a road trip from the Twin Cities to Iowa and threw up all over the car just outside of Zumbrota. The station gave me some cleanup supplies to tidy up my car, and the nice attendant gave my other child (traumatized by vomit all over the car) a little treat to calm her down. The staff was generally pleasant with us. We eventually made it to Iowa and my son felt much better. Thank goodness for these folks and their kindness!"

"Pizza was ordered at this location, and we waited at the other location in town. Nobody greeted us. And when she acknowledged, she was passive aggressive about speaking up or we’d stand there all day. Pizza order was wrong, but we didn’t realize until we were home."

"The pizza was delicious! The kitchen crew were helpful, the manager went above and beyond to assist in making right a common mistake that is apparently made frequently. However, the cashier had a chip on her shoulder after I questioned her for being overcharged for the items I was buying. She corrected it at the managers delegation, slammed the cash register drawer and just looked at me. I said, "thank you, have a great day." She said nothing. I think she needs a hug."

"This location used to be just fine. In the last month or two it has dive bombed. My family has now had absurdly long waits and pizza orders messed up. They are understaffed with terrible directionless management and apparently have an owner who could not care less. It is so bad there i have actually seen the staff have to turn away cash business because the manager forgot or neglected to go to the bank for change. I'm sure nothing will change: the management and owners move up no matter how hard or bad they screw the little guy but damn I've gotten sick of this theme since this COVID BS started."
