"Stopped at 530 pm Sunday and you're closed with a tacky handwritten sign on your drive through "closed due to cleaning and remodeling". Update your Google hours so cars don't get off the exit and stop."

"Terrible service. I was there with 4 other people. My MIL asked for a burger, a burger with nothing but Mayo and it was repeated back to her. The worker asked if she wanted to make it a meal (ie fries) and my MIL said sure. When she got the food, there was no burger and no fries and they were arguing with my MIL about that they didn't have it on their screen, like it was her fault. When ordering the blizzards, I ordered a mini and out of the other 4 people in my group, I was the last one to get my order, even though I ordered first. Also your workers were behind the counter swearing and one of them was only wearing a sports bra and shorts."

"It's been too many times now to be a fluke in the service, but last 10 times we have said it's our last time going there. Never a line and usually takes an oddly long time just for ice cream. Also have tried using gift cards that have worked before and all they say is "doesn't work". Quite poor service in my eyes. Even been the wrong order last handful of times. Should really get some management that cares in there. Wish was better being we enjoy our cold treats but guess will need to go out of town or to dairy inn from now on."
