"Made the mistake of going in for an oil change at this location. The two goons working there did not want to do my oil change so they pretended that they could not get the hood of a stock 2016 base model Camry open and told me I needed to visit a full service center. I know nothing about cars and I was able to open the hood myself after about 10 seconds of actually trying. The only good thing about the situation is that they never actually touched the engine or anything important and sent me off instead of damaging my car."
"How is this place still in business? I drove in to get an oil change and the workers just looked at me and shook their head. Guess I was bothering them during business hours? This was in the middle of the day with them working on only one other customer. They never approached my car or signaled for me to drive up. Based on the other reviews here, they would have done a bad job anyway. I think I dodged a bullet. 0/10 would not recommend."
