"In town for Thanksgiving with Family needed juice, Went to location no1 and found a be back in 10 minutes sign up. Waited more than 15 minutes and decided to run over to location no 2 that also had a be back in 10 minutes sign up. Being from a small town we are used to unreliable service and we almost expect it there but that was absolutely ridiculous so I would call and make a reservation before trying to visit this place"

"This was my go to place for vape juices & coils. Tonight was the worst experience that I’ve ever had there. Was pushing for me to go to another location after a simple question of “is this all the vapes you have” & ignored me for 20 minutes while the girl set up/tried to figure out how to work this customers just bought vape. Help out the customers in store first then help others figure out their setup…ridiculous. Left with nothing."

"These dizzy boys and girls are the rudest people I've ever dealt with in my life! As far as online companies go. They sent me 1 vape , I paid 32$ for to see if i liked it. It was dead on arrival. I emailed them. They said charge it correctly. I said I was. I reiterated it does not work. Could I get a credit? They said take a video of you hitting it and show that it's not working. I took a video of me hitting vape to show them , sent it. The next email that came in was , were sorry your having this experience we sent this to are investigation department!!!!! At that moment, I knew these were folks that were just screwing with me. I emailed back and told them that too. Then my husband was reading all the fineprint and it says disposables are not refundable. All that and they knew the whole time nothing was going to happen. They need to be shut down. Employees quit writing 5 star reviews for your own company. Freaking sickening!!!!!!!"
