I’m not great with cars so I let them handle everything and told them that the last person to open my hood was the Jiffy Lube staff here, so if it’s missing, it’s because they didn’t put it back. But effort for accountability was made despite my loyalty. Never going back. They couldn’t even determine if the oil change was done properly. Failures through and through."
