"I had my first massage here a few months ago and I had an issue with the therapist starting late and ending early even factoring in the time for consult. The front desk staff heard me out and my next massage I got paired with Rachel instead of the previous therapist. She respected my time while also making sure she understood what parts of my body needed the most massage work. Rachel is not only great at massage but she really went above and beyond to help me and address my needs. Since then I have gotten a few more massages from Rachel and will continue to see her. Thank you Rachel and the rest of the staff that went above and beyond to help me. I'll be recomending this location to friends and family."

"I've been coming to this location off and on for the last couple of years. For different reasons, the estheticians come and go. Which is fine, but just when you get used to someone, they leave and you start over with someone new. It's not necessarily their fault, but it's something to consider. I'm currently seeing Arlana whom has been there for several months now, so that's a good sign. I'm going to have my first massage from this location, tomorrow. The staff is warm and welcoming, especially one off their front office people called Alexander. He's pretty awesome! I had some issues with them on the past, which they apologized for, and offered ways to "make it right" without me asking for them to do so. That meant a lot. It shows customer retention is important to them. You should give them a shot."

"Love this place! It is so convenient to drive out there after I've BARTed home form work, I can just unwind. The front desk staff are all so helpful and friendly, and the massage membership is a great deal, I'm going twice a month while I competitively train and it's so worth it!"

"My wife loves this place, and especially the monthly visits she has per their massage/facial special ($75 per month), where if she misses a month, they just give her 2 hours the next month. This work out good for us (unlike our gym membership), we actually missed 5 months with Massage Envy, and I thought we lost that benefit. Nope, M.E. gave my wife 5 hours to use anytime, at any M.E. location, on any service. Overall, the facilities that my wife has visited have been very clean, the front desk is friendly and helpful in person and on the phone with setting up appointments, and we visit this location at least once a month."
