"I recommend avoiding this place. Prices are higher than at Walmart and the selection is far inferior. When I went on a Sunday, there was one person working there with nothing to identify her as an employee. I had a question and interrupted her chit chatting with a friend who didn't work there, and she seemed mildly annoyed. I saw a stack of empty cardboard boxes in the back, which I wanted to use for an upcoming move. I asked the employee if I could have some of the boxes, and she claimed that the store had no boxes. My response was: "I can see with my eyes, thanks." If Dollar General wants the patronage of locals like me, it needs to treat us a little better. There are other and better options otherwise."
"Great products and prices. Customer service was very rude and not helpful at all. The cash registers were super tight and cramp no direction with anything. I can see this being a good store for our town just needs better customer service."
