"The service was fast and all issues relating to my car were communicated effectively. Only downside was that I also scheduled a car inspection along with an oil change and was questioned as to why I would want both instead of explaining why both might be unnecessary. I had scheduled both just to make sure the car was fully inspected as I had been going to drive through oil change locations for my last two oil changes. So I felt a little embarrassed in the way it was communicated to me."

"Every time I’m there everyone is so nice and helpful. As a girl that knows nothing about cars I never feel like they’re trying to take advantage or sell me on stuff I don’t need. All I needed last time I was there was an oil change but they put air in my tires that were low and asked if I wanted to replace my wiper in the back since it was ripped and told me stuff that will probably need to be replaced next time, just to be prepared. Always a great experience there."

"A week ago I went on their website to look for tire. I found some to my liking and called this particular store to double check that they have them. The person said it was wise that I called because the info on the website is not accurate or up to date many times. I gave him the info and he validated that the particular tires were available and would arrive early next week. I made a 3 pm appointment on Thursday on the same call. After arriving at 3 pm and being checked in, an employee approaches me after 30 minutes and says that the tires I was supposed to get isn't available anywhere in the US. She further tells me that I can get comparable tires next day for a few dollars more. No apology on me wasting a total of 2 hours of my time because they couldn't give me this info before my appointment. NO apology whatsoever. Just kept trying to sell me other tires for the next day. Why would anyone go back to a place where they incompetently wasted your time? This place is extremely poorly managed with horrible customer service."
