"Absolutely no service! No response to call, no response to door bell, no response in Facebook. Were staying behind closed door, rang the bell, nobody opened. ADDER AFTER ANSWER! Thank you for invitation. But we will not come up, when you want us to come:). We were on the way with my husband and wanted to spend our time in your lounge. "No service" means NO ANSWERS anywhere. It belongs to customer service as well. And sorry for saying but maybe your after corona business is "small" as you say that, because you do not let people in;)) can be)). In this way it will be forever small business. Good luck!"
"There is no information on google maps or outside the establishment informing you, but it is invite/private membership only. The Door is locked when you arrive. I could clearly hear people inside so I rang the ring doorbell 3-4 times, as well as knocked and heard them quiet down, but no one ever came to the door. If you are going to deny entry, at least have the courtesy to answer the door and explain your policies. I additionally visited their website and made a reservation, which was denied 15 minutes before the reservation time. I had visited once before and had a better experience; but after this it is officially a 1 star experience and I will not be back. The owners response and previous 1 star reviews will tell you all you need to know. If you are looking for hospitality, search elsewhere."
