"i used to be a regular customer, and they used to have great service and communication. my most recent order though, i never received a shipping confirmation, tracking number, or the items i ordered, but they still charged me. i sent a couple of e-mails to customer service, and never got a response. eventually, i had to file a dispute with my debit card. i'm really disappointed, because this was my favorite site for e-liquid."

"This is the worst place to buy anything! I bought my first mod here the "little foot" by wake. Also my first bottle of e-liquid. I should have known then how shady and unprofessional this people are! But nope! Went back to them for juice and other gear. And always the same issue ...late ..late ...late! Email them.no response! Gave them one more chance by placing an order for more e juice about a week ago and nothing I email offering to pick it up since I am.not to far from them and nothing! Any other shop usally sends anything with in 72 hours or at least gives you the courtesy of letting you know the issue. At any rate just stay away from this online only shop! It's not worth time wasted."

"On multiple occasions I would receive either 15%, 20% or 25% off my entire order and on my 4th order I received 25$ off my entire order due to their points system which I thought was awesome since I order every 2 weeks. Shipping was SUPER fast as they shipped my order out the same day priority mail and took 2 days to receive my juice, other sites would take up to 1-2 weeks to just send it out. "Ordered some juice off their website 2 times and have gotten within 3-4 days of ordering it. Did end up having some issues with a bottle that I had purchased and ended up calling in and speaking for a wonderful customer service person that was beyond helpful. My issue was resolved better and faster than what I had expected. I will be recommending them to more of my vaping family and friends."

"NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They sent me the wrong item, and I contacted them about it. Took them a couple days to respond and they felt that 25% off my next order would be good enough compensation to keep the wrong item that I didn't order and never wanted which is a joke. They agreed to exchange the item for the correct item after I emailed them back and I sent the item back promptly. Now they've had the incorrect item back for a week and still have not sent the product out.... I emailed them once again and they said it was "processing" and it is taken care of on a "first come, first serve basis..." Really??? They messed up my order originally and I have to wait a week for them to process an exchange?? Of course, I wasn't happy and emailed for my money back.. They offered store credit or to send the item back which I declined, and still no answer from them... EDIT.. This is the response I received from your "customer support" ..... "We appreciate your feedback sir. Unfortunately, you just opted yourself out from receiving any future service from us." So now you are refusing to fix the situation and you still have my money and I still don't have the product?? Now you guys are just crooks and liars..."
