"This place is a joke. I order 5 egg rolls and shrimp with garlic sauce ( requested spice level 8). It arrived and unloaded the bag there was NO hot mustard. Went to eat my shrimp and tasted no spice at all. Called and they stated I had to REQUEST hot mustard for the egg rolls. What chinese place does not give hot mustard with almost ever order and especially when they order egg rolls. They stated that they would remake the shrimp but this is the second time this has happened. If I could have given negative stars I would. Hong Kong down the street is getting my business from now on. Do yourself a favor do a HARD PASS at this joke of a business."

"I used to really like eating here, but they have started raising their prices quite a bit. At least once every six months to a year. On top of that the portion sizes have gone way down, and the eggrolls are very tiny. Bummed because this place was pretty good."

"My husband and I have ordered from SuperWok many times in the 9+ years we've lived in IGH. We got our order delivered and after opening the bag discovered our sweet and sour chicken was not in the bag. I called the restaurant immediately to let them know the error. The young woman I spoke to accused me of lying and claimed that they were certain it was in the bag. Needless to say, I was stunned by the accusation. Eventually, the woman said she would have another NEW order delivered (as if I received the original order). A while later, the delivery driver pulled into the driveway, but immediately backed out and left! I called the restaurant again and was told the driver "forgot" the new sweet and sour chicken!! I told the woman to cancel the order and credit us for the missing food. $11.50. And also said we will never be ordering from them again, she did not care. I know its hard for bussinesses to find good help, and many places are just happy to have someone with a pulse, but that was just ridiculous."
