"Our experience was great initially, but quickly soured. We were told that wheel bearing had been replaced, that the muffler was the only issue, and that if we found any other issues with the truck that they would fix them in house for cost. Because we do not live in WI, we were told that the temporary plates were only good for 30 days. My husband had to call daily in order to get the title mailed to us, only to then have it mailed to the wrong address and have to wait a few weeks longer for it to be mailed back to the office to have the address corrected to mail to us. We also had our mechanic look the truck over. The entire steering linkage needed to be replaced, as well as the oil pan due to a small hole/crack that the mechanic found. Every phone call was a headache, as we were treated like idiots. We were also given stories of personal woes that kept him out of office and unable to answer our questions. Worst experience we’ve had"

"Should be ZERO stars!!! Not too appreciative of buying a truck 4 months ago and now finding out that you painted the frame to hide damage to it. Had to take it to the mechanic and he was scared to lift it, due to the possibility of it snapping in half. If you've seen Matilda, he is definitely the Danny Devito type. Beware, be very aware."

"I have been keeping my eye on this Union Grove, WI used car dealership for more than 10 years. I've been impressed with the wide variety of vehicles. Most are priced between $4K and $6K. They are priced to move quickly. I have test driven several vehicles and missed out on a couple I was interested in because I hesitated too long. I would have no problem buying a vehicle from this dealership."

"Bought a truck from this site. The truck looked good and drove well. Needed a few minor things looked at which the dealer promised to do. Ended up buying the truck and that’s when the problems started. -had to have new running boards installed. He overcharged and declined to give me a receipt. -called him within a week about a transmission leak. Was promised he would help out with any problems. Offered to pay for parts if he’d have the new lines installed. He tried scamming me, said it was $475 for the lines. I got them from the dealer for $140. -had to call several times to get the title. He kept stating “that’s why the temp plates are good for 3 months”. He took the full 3 months. -promised a second key, never got it. -promised to fix the DVD player, he never looked at it. -promised to look at some panels on the chair and a blinker, he hot glued them on. Do not purchase anything from this dealer."
