"This place is one of the -- not exactly unsung, but insufficiently sung -- gems of Upland. The wine selection is good and the cigar selection is excellent; regarding wines, in particular, I have found Italian and French reds that compare favorably with what a larger establishment like Liquorama can offer, and at decent prices, too. Folks are quite friendly to strangers (by no means something to take for granted in the hip bar scene) and the ambience is pleasant, both indoors at the boor, and outdoors at the patio. The architecture of the Train Depot is intriguing. Most importantly, on Friday and Saturday nights they have live music -- a wide variety of soloists and little groups ranging from jazz to rock and folk."
