He took the time to go over the diagnostic report after recalibrating the front camera and made sure I had all the information I needed. He was very knowledgeable and polite on the phone which was the reason I went with affordable. Everybody will be somewhat competitive in price,but not all companies will give exceptional service. Dan actually acts like He cares about the customer,cause it is not always about the repair, it's about trust. He made me feel like I could trust the service He was providing Me. I dropped the vehicle off after hours and picked it up as well after hours. I only corresponded via phone & text. The workmanship I received was better than I expected. "After getting Kia Boy’ed on the night before I was supposed to leave for a 400-mile trip to see my family for Christmas, I was frantically searching for anyone who could repair my rear window same-day. I called a number of places and got quotes and time frames, but Affordable Auto Glass outshone the rest. They offered to drive to me immediately (huge plus when a garbage bag is the only thing separating you from the ruthless Milwaukee winter) and quoted me a very reasonable price. As good as the other quotes I’d gotten, plus I didn’t have to drive it to the other side of town. Dan was very polite and helpful on the phone and they had the right part in stock. The tech, Aiden, was very friendly and accommodating - he fixed my window in about an hour and did an excellent job vacuuming all of the broken glass out from under the floor mats and in between the cracks in the seats, plus it smelled nice and clean when he was done! "Called just to get a quote to replaced a cracked windshield on my Ford Explorer. Quoted price was great and Dan offered an immediate appointment if I was available. Dan and Eli greeted me and got me right into the bay for the repair. Pointed out a couple of faded trim pieces and gave me a great price to replace them. Jason performed the replacement and kept me informed through the whole process while I waited. I was so pleased with their work I had them replace another broken windshield (Jeep Grand Cherokee) two days later! That Jeep is loaded with sensors and electronics and Affordable handled it all and recalibrated everything perfectly. Friendly people, easy to work with, and great prices. I won't go anywhere else and I highly recommend Affordable!"

"I wish I could give this company a better rating, but the quality of the work performed was not very good at time of pick up. I had them replace the rear window on a Jeep Cherokee. When I arrived to pick the vehicle up after being notified it was all set, I see the Jeep had exposed gasket material protruding though the panel gaps on the top of the tail gate. Furthermore, the vehicle was indicating the tailgate was open or not fully secured closed (even though it was in fact completely closed). Pics attached of both. I was told the tech was now away, and wouldn't be back for a few hours, but I could take the Jeep back to work ( I came on my lunch break ), and the tech would call me and come out to my work to correct the issues. I was told I could expect him to arrive between 2:00pm and 3:00pm. By 2:45pm I had not received a call from anyone, and called up myself to find the out what was going on. I was told by the receptionist, that she must have written my number down wrong, and that is why I didn't get a call. I found this odd, my number was clearly on file, as I was called to pick the vehicle up. The tech was on-site at that time, and I spoke with him, and he then came to my work and fixed the issues. While the tech was very friendly, and the issues were corrected, I believe these issues should have been noticed before I was call to pick up the Jeep."
