"I would not even give one star rating to this establishment! I was sold a vehicle that would not take a four wheel alignment. They would not stand behind their product. Drive past this business. Do not purchase anything from them. They are not honest."
"This place is a ripoff. They sale vehicles that are not inspected and do not correct problems after the sale. Their mechanics are incompetent and rude. Bought a 2006 torrent from them and didn’t have for a week before it started overheating. Took it back to them. They said they replaced the water pump and thermostat. They only underreported the mileage to the DMV so now I have a bad title for it. Steer away from this place. Keep your money and go elsewhere."
"Bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado From a guy name Ken. Now mind you Bought truck in November 2022. Payed cash told him i wanted the title and he told me he’d send it to me. When he sends it to me it was ripped at the bottom and someone tried to tape it. So went to DMV to transfer truck in my name the state of Minnesota would not except it. So i sent back to Ken again told him i needed a new title he sends it back to me telling i just need to sign here. Guess What Minnesota DMV wouldn’t except it again. So i had to get the DOT of Wisconsin involved and started work on getting me a Title and plates for my truck. Now mind you April 2023 and i finally got my a license plates and my Title. These people do not want to work with you and if anyone i mean anyone ever has problem with this Dealer go right to the DOT of Wisconsin there a big help and will help you in any way. Stay away if you don’t want to get jerked around like a crank bait!!!!!!!!!!! If i could Rate lower i sure the heck would giving them a ZERO!!!!!!!!!!"
"My over all was a little disappointing. When I got there I wasn't hounded by any salesman which was nice so I was able to look at the car before going in period it was a lock's I was able to see the inside as well. The dealer Never gave me his name but was really nice told me what had been fixed on the car put the plate on and let me go. However unfortunately the vehicle has electrical issues the radio was cutting in-and-out and then wouldn't come back on the driver window wouldn't go down at kept stopping midway . It's made me leery that there were other electrical issues going on with the car and I never even took it out of park. There was a huge crack across the windshield there was cigaret ashes in the center council the car had a funky smell and had animal hair all over the dark interior. And did not look like the dealer clean the car out at all prior to putting up for sale. When I went back in to tell the dealer about that he changed his personality very quickly and when even make eye contact and kept telling me that I can still test drive it that the radio is just optional. He also told me the windshield would get fixed when somebody buys it and that he had a few other people wanting to buy it but he wanted to wait until they purchased it before It's put the windshield in that he claims hes already got setting aside for it. I offered my name and number and he wrote it down but didn't seem too thrilled and continued to act annoyed and not make eye contact. Even if these items got fixed I wouldn't be comfortable making a sale with this business because of how he started to act after I noticed some pretty serious concerns. Plus it's a very very tiny parking lot in very hard to maneuver through."
"Bought a 2009 Chevy Traverse in June 2016. It comes fully equipped. Little scratches and dents, so I thought, the price they're asking was a bit high. Billy was willing to bring it down by some $800. Thought it was a good deal. There was no paper work, no nothing. I didn't test drive it because it was clean and all. That should've been a red flag. I'm too trustworthy of these folks. He said, their mechanic checked the car, no leakage, no broken pipes, etc. Boy was I wrong. We hardly drove the car since our small car is a gas saver and we only drive the SUV when traveling or carrying big heavy stuff. We only drove it three times to grocery shop and back home. That was when I noticed the back wasn't cold. My son was complaining he's hot. I contacted the City Auto Sales about it and took it to them end of June but they couldn't do anything because their freon hose was too short. I have to bring it back in early July for them to take it to Holmen to the guy they use to add freon. They had the car for over a week, and didn't call me or return my car until I called. Now the steering wheel is causing issues. Once in a while it gets really hard to turn. Checked the power steering fluid, and it's full. Because they were sketchy and shady, I took the car in for a full maintenance, to find out, our brakes were so worn out, the mechanic told me we could get into an accident any minute any time. The front brakes were only 4-5 millimeters thick and the rear brakes were 2-3 millimeters. That's hundreds of dollars we could've saved, and our lives, including my 3 and 7 year old children, put into danger. I stopped driving the car and got the brakes fixed within a day or two after. I haven't fixed and check the steering wheel and I'm out of money at the moment for that. We only got one key fob at time of purchase. The key fob is broken. It only work for 3 weeks into having the car then it stopped. I put in a new battery and it worked for a week then it totally died on us. I order a new fob, but we're still down to one fob only. That's $100 out of my pocket. The captain seat buckle cap cracked open. This was not from us. When we took it in for freon, I do not know what they did, but someone cracked the cap where the buckle clip in. I did not want to deal with them anymore so I used clear packaging tape to tape it in place. Ghetto, I know. Now, we're stuck with a car that is nothing but trouble and hundreds of dollars down the drain. Again, these should've been fixed prior to us purchasing the car... or at least disclose this info to us. Never will I ever buy a car from small dealership anymore."
