Dunkin' 6671 Valley Creek Road, Woodbury, MN 55125

"We have tried this Dunkin' a few times and each time we are left disappointed. From dry donuts, to missing slices of bread on sandwiches, to poor customer service, it is an all-around disappointing Dunkin'. This last visit we ordered two sourdough breakfast sandwiches and donuts. Upon arriving home we found one sandwich never received its top piece of bread, the cheese was ever so slightly melted, and the eggs were cold (like they had only been warmed up about ¼ of the time they actually needed). The customer service seemed obsolete. Having gone through the drive thru I witnessed 6 employees inside as we waited for our items, of those 6 employees only 2 of them appeared to be doing the work...all of the work, as the other 4 employees stood around talking and having to be asked to move so that the working employees to do their jobs (everyone's jobs!)."

"The coffee was pretty good. But customer service is pretty terrible like the other reviews say. They were out of a flavor, which happens, but the employee interrupted and barked that they were out at me. The drive thru menu doesn't have their donuts listed so we went inside after to see what was available - and we were ignored so we ended up leaving without anything."

"I always try to give a business a few shots before I write a review. I am glad I did for this location. At times they are very busy and understaffed, and at other times I feel like they have plenty of staff and are less busy. Regardless, the quality of my drinks and coffee has always been what I have expected. The staff is usually in good spirits. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt when they are busy as I have seen people be rude and them handle it in a calm manner. If you enjoy sugary coffee and donuts like myself then its worth your while. Its a fast food coffee and donut place, some people act like they expect a Michelin star experience, lower those standards a little and enjoy your sugar rush!"

"This is the worst Dunkin location. I ordered a dozen donuts on the app and arrived 15 minutes later. The order wasn't ready. Without being greeted or acknowledged, I waited for a while watching 2 employees talking to each other and helping drive up customers. I asked if my order was ready and the employee said she was workings on it. After a few more minutes, with attitude she handed me 2 drinks that I didn't order. I guess it's my fault for believing 1) the app would save me time and that 2)your employees were friendly and competent."

"Came in for a couple coffees… several people behind us ordered. Everyone got their drinks. We waited patiently maybe 10minutes when we realized our order was lost. I asked for it to be fixed and well. We got coffees that weren’t what we asked for. Bummer we were on a time crunch!"
