"They have a good selection and I usually love Michael's but the last two times I've been at this location they have been rather rude about asking to do balloons. The same lady both times and one of the cashier's was not thrilled about the request. 1st time I was thinking maybe just an off day but when I came back again to get balloons for my daughter's birthday and was treated poorly a 2nd time, maybe not. Poor customer service aside from the cashier who apologized for the other's behavior."
