"I have scheduled vaccinations several times over the last few years and not once have they stuck to the scheduled appointment time. They also make you fill out paperwork already completed online. Waist of time! I’m done with Walgreens. Getting vaccinated should be a simple, quick and easy process but Walgreens finds a way to turn it into an hour process that is only scheduled for 15 minutes."

"Just got done at this location with Adam. They were amazing. Everything was instant for our Prints including the online portion. Adam helped us scan our old photos and did all the adjustments for us. Couldn't be more impressed and this will be where we do all our canvas and photos from now on!!!!"

"I had a scheduled vaccine appointment for 3:30pm and I am still sitting, waiting, at 4pm to get the vaccine. They had me fill out the same paper work that I did online in order to speed up this process. There is no point in scheduling an appointment if the wait is this long. I work in retail, and if a customer was waiting for that long, I would make them a priority."

"When you have a prescription sent to this location just do yourself a favor and wait until the next day to pick it up. I go through this song and dance every time with this location. When they tell you they need an hour and a half they mean they need three and a half hours. This last visit I gave them 2.5 hours when they said they needed an hour and a half. When I returned I was told they needed 45 more minutes. I'm done driving to Walgreens today. Hopefully it's ready tomorrow."

"Walgreens itself is a great store. However, the one I visit in Eau Claire, WI on Clairemont Ave, has a horrendous pharmacy. Not all, but many of the techs are rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I realize there are work shortages due to the lazy people who don't want to work, however, all patrons should be treated with dignity and respect."
