I work in the service industry for a long time and it is unfortunate I did not get a call back. Stick to your word, write yourself a note…no one cares. Get it done. I give good business or definitely the latter…too bad. Will be in to have a conversation. Hope this was a misunderstanding and the business can resolve this for the sake of the business. "These guys are amazing. Brought My audi in for my rear view mirror falling off the adhesive. They said they wouldn't even charge me because they can't justify how the car manufacturers have such tiny glue for such a heavy mirror. Will come here for all my needs with that integrity."
