"Tom at Kuehn Motors was such a great guy to work with! One of our fastest experiences with a dealership. We will be coming back in the future! Thanks again Tom!"
"I called the about a pickup for my dad and spoke with Tom. He invited us in to test drive the vehicle and was the best ever. My dad loves his new Tacoma. Thanks to Tom for taking his time to explain everything and make the sale quick and smooth. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family for their future car needs.Honest man with a great sense of humor."
"Jay was my salesman and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.. he talked me through everything with great knowledge and got me the truck I wanted. Couldn’t be more happy!"
"Jay was an excellent salesman made my purchase smooth and easy. Third vehicle through the years and will return! Great family!"
"My girlfriend Sydney bought a 2016 Chevy Suburban from these guys a couple months ago. The whole process went pretty smooth. Salesman was really nice but not much help when it came to questions about the vehicle. We took the vehicle for a test drive of about 5 miles or so and everything seemed great. So we bought the vehicle and she drove it home about an hour away. Get it home and throw the kids in it to take it for a spin and I very quickly realized a few problems. First being the sunroof didn’t work. Second the rear right shock was completely blown out. Third the touch screen part of the radio works very intermittently. Fast forward a couple weeks, finally get to take this thing on a trip of more then 30 miles at a time. Half way through our 130 mile trip to the cities and back I notice something is wrong, transmission is shifting hard, won’t go into overdrive, down shifting when it shouldn’t. Then boom check engine light. Get it home and check the codes. Torque converter slippage code. Any good inspection by the dealership should have found these problems. These guys buy cars cheap at auction, run them through a safety inspection then send them to the lot putting in the bare minimum. Now today another check engine light for cylinder 8 misfire. All this in 3k miles? Not to mention when we were in buying the vehicle a lady showed up cussing that they sold her a lemon. Should have listened to her! I went to school to be technician and worked in the industry for years. We were constantly inspecting used cars that came in and recommending work before they go on to the lot for sale. I know the process and how it should work. I ended up putting a new torque converter in, fixing some wiring issues and replacing spark plugs on the suburban. Frustrating that she spent 30k on something that wasn’t properly inspected and repaired. You guys are supposed to be the professionals! Avoid this place!"
