"Had an Audi S5 that developed an engine misfire among other issues. Brought it to Audi Eau Claire and had an overall bad experience; poor to no communication, and questionably high repair estimates. Was told to get a second opinion at Capital. This is my first time there, and they are GREAT. The customer service i received from Sam is top notch, kept me informed about cost of repairs, very detailed about what needs to be done, and was very candid about time estimates and answering all questions i had. Their service tech, Chis, did the engine replacement, and made good recommendations about what needed to be done with the engine out, as well as things to look for for future maintenance. I got a warranty with the used engine i had put in, too!
