"Purchased a car, very nice car, but the tires needed to be balanced and rotated. Was unable to contact, "Nick" for over 2 weeks. Finally took the car to a near by shop and had the tires balanced. I gave him the bill for the repair shop and he refused to pay it. Said I should have waited until he could do the repair, which would have been who knows how many more weeks of the car violently shaking. Very bad man."
