"I have never seen any establishment score so many 1-☆ ratings. It's almost as if I was at a different place. I thought the burger was perfect! Flavorful, juicy and cooked exactly how I ordered it, medium. The order process was a bit slow. I think they prefer you to order at the touch screen kiosk rather than bothering the humans but eventually someone stepped up and took our order. Food came out in about 10 minutes."

"Don’t even bother. This is the most overrated place in Green Bay. I wish I would have read the reviews before even coming here. It was absolutely terrible service. Ordered our food, I had to go to the bar to tell the guy I ordered a Vanilla bean shake, which apparently is just vanilla ice cream and milk? And the cup wasn’t even full. He seriously did not care at all because I wasn’t a person sitting at his bar. Watched him continue to take his time helping new people sitting at the bar instead of making my shake. Every single table in the place was dirty. The food was good but honestly, Culver’s is better. This was just a terrible experience and a disappointment. So many better places to choose from."

"I used the Kiosk to put in my order, and spent 10 minutes trying to have it submit my order. I had ordered the cheeseburger with cheese curds and a drink. They gave me tater tots instead. Burger was super dry, and am extremely sick now."

"Horrible experience would never go back. Kiosk ordering is a pain problem after problem no manager or anyone checking on anything. No where did it say that you need to go to the counter to get your drinks. What's the point of the kiosk if you still need to go stand in line for soda cups. Set up of tables is STUPID when eating at some you stare at another table. The whole time we were there (almost an hour) no one came out to clean tables. Food was mediocre. Daughters kids meal came with ice cream no one told us where to go to get it just assuming we knew what was going on. Would never go back. Horrible experience with no contact of a person other than when the food was brought out. Don't waste your time or $$"

"they took over 40 minutes for my friends food when she placed it on the kiosk. when she went to check if her food was ready, they were all standing around doing nothing and never gave the chef her order. horrible service."
