"The most beautifully presented and tasty lasagna I've ever had; delightfully light and fresh tasting layers of pasta, meat and just the right amount of cheese in a bed of fresh tomato sauce. Everything we ordered was indescribably delicious. The seafood and fresh pasta in my husband's dish were cooked to perfection and served in a perfectly seasoned and fresh tasting broth. Both of our salads were wonderful, as was the bottle of Italian wine we had. The service was polite and professional. The atmosphere was the right mix of cozy and bright. Can't wait for our next visit!"

"We’ve dined twice and both visits have been lovely. We sat at the bar where we had excellent service - the bartender was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. He was just the right amount of chatty - fun conversation, but not intrusive. We had the Cappellaci All Aragosta (stuffed pasta with lobster) and Nero Di Sepia (squid ink pasta with seafood) - both were delectable. Not pictured: the pumpkin panna cotta special that we devoured before a picture could be taken."

"I used to go when Angelo's was there and I was so happy to hear that a new Italian restaurant opened up. The food was amazing, their menu is large (not overwhelmingly so, just plenty of options). We enjoyed it so much and will definitely be coming back. It's recommended you make a reservation if you plan to head in with a bigger group or plan to go later than 6pm, the dining area is not large. If you don't reserve a table, the bar is open for you to sit and wait for one. It's more on the expense side of dining but it's worth it for such good food."

"We've been going to The Stamm House on the west side for a few years, recently we learned that the main chef left to open this restaurant in Monona so we now come here instead. In our opinion this is one of the best Italian restaurants in the Madison metropolitan area, now I'm not talking about fancy silverware or interesting architecture, I'm talking about the food itself. Personally I feel the chef really knows what they're doing, every dish has their own unique taste and texture, it's also consistent. We asked about food allergies and they're also very good at informing us on what's okay/not okay to eat, my guess is again the chef knows what they're doing. 10 out of 10, we really like this place."
