"My boyfriend brought his car in for it making a noise in the rear end and the engine light being on. They called him and told him that his engine light was because of a sensor and asked him what he thought the knocking might be. He said I don’t know I’m not the professional maybe the shocks? We asked the owner Keith to call us back with a price and he never did. They called back in a couple days and told him his car was ready to be picked up. They never called him and quoted him or told him how much. The shocks were a 100% mark up 330$ for just the shocks not including labor when you can buy them from Napa for $150 or less. They told him the noise was better as soon as he pulled out of the road the noise was exactly the same. They didn’t fix anything."
