I selected beef egg foo young because very few places can make it well. 4 patties, with sauce in a separate container. Enough to feed 2. The quality of the patties was A- and the sauce B+ (slightly sweet), that with a small amount of soy sauce corrects. I will be trying the shrimp egg foo young before moving on to other items. I asked the cook what his signature dish was, he replied General Chow Chicken. I am looking fwd to that."
