"The atmosphere is cozy, and intimate, with full bar, but it is all about the food. So far I have tried tapas, tacos, and enchiladas. They are all very good, but enchiladas verdes is now my favorite. I joked with the owner that even though I love burritos, it will be hard not to order enchiladas next time. There will be a next time."

"If you are in the area and want exceptional food and service this is your place. We had a family of 4 and were given attentive service with a smile. I had the fajitas and would recommend the well executed staple. The soap was exceptional and the margaritas were even better. The had lots of neon and several TV’s which had several sports on during our visit. Excellent service and food to match, check this little gem out."

"Best Paloma I’ve ever had. Seriously. Might be because they use some fancy tasty mezcal but it is seriously good. I could’ve had 10 of them. The New Mexico fajitas were solid. Shrimp cooked perfectly and steak/chicken both flavorful. If I went back I’d love to try the house fajitas with the queso fresco as the one thing that was missing from the New Mexico fajitas was something unique. Beyond drinks and food, the service is excellent. You can tell they want to take great care of anyone that comes in and take pride in it."

"We got the nachos, fajitas and steak tacos. All amazing and very generous portions. Authentic meals. The salsa is AMAZING! Love the guacamole & queso. Margaritas were yummy! The owners, Miguel & Jenny were so welcoming and kind! All of the staff we had met were really nice. Great location. Cool inside and the music was fun. We will definitely go back. "A friend and I went here for a "mom's night out." We both ordered fajitas. I had the vegetarian and she had the blue cheese. We were both happy with our choices. The server was very attentive and friendly. The space was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend giving Fajitas, Tapas and Bar a try if you are in the Middleton area."
