"I went after they closed because I didn’t notice the closed sign . The employee took my order and didn’t show anything but kindness. I soon found out they were closed and I felt terrible but the employee was absolutely wonderful. It made my night after a long day and I’ll definitely be back."
"When I approached the counter a employee approached me quick enough but stuffing a couple French fries in his mouth. I quickly realized he was new and blew it off. Until I went to your fountain drink/condiments area. Absolutely filthy & unstocked. Even the beverage lid dispensers were disgusting. I'm no "Karen" but I couldn't let this go. You're lucky to have a full staff. They could use some solid traing. Enjoyed our burgers."
