"Very confusing and misleading app. I signed up for promo and it would not take, it said a $7.78 sandwich would be $10.49, after two times of it saying my payment would not take, I gave up and paid cash. Store employee was of no help, clueless of how app works and said “that’s all corporate and I can’t help with that”. I am in Wisconsin. So hours later I get a call from Canada saying my sandwich is ready. I told them I would not be picking it up. Needless to say she was very confused, I told her what had happed in store and how the app refused payment and I got the “that’s all corporate and I can’t help with that” line of b.s. I was willing to bet there would be a charge on my card the next day and sure enough there was! What a joke I’m done with those cheats! Restaurant looked dirty and didn’t have all ingredients available didn’t have jalapeños"
