"It was just meh, I was ordered a Deluxe Chicken and a few sides. I asked what was included with the combo and the people who were taking my order did not understand what I was saying; or just acted like I was not speaking the same language. I asked for a specific side and ended up getting something completely different from what I ordered, probably never coming back again. I loved the food, just hated the customer service."
"I ordered food from uber eats and it took over an hour and a half to receive. It wasn't the carriers fault though, because they told me they were yelled at for asking for the order and yelled at again that my order wasn't ready, even though it was. My food came cold and soggy. The onion rings I got were practically inedible. However the mad bowl was actually good, i got it with the honey garlic sauce and the boneless wings were fine. Overall, terrible experience and will not be ordering here again."
"My wife has been dying to try this place since we moved to the area. Nice clean place with a pleasant enough staff. The food, on the other hand, was a huge let down. Fries were cold and under cooked. My wife's grilled chicken sandwich consisted of 2 tiny chicken tenders that only covered half the bun. Mine and my kids chicken deluxe sandwiches were dry, and obviously not fresh. I've been in the restaurant industry for a long time and these tenders clearly had been under a heat lamp for some time. Sad as we were really looking forward to this place."
"After a looong day in Milwaukee, I had DoorDash deliver food from Mad Chicken. Our order was complete, correct, and the food was still hot when we received it. My son is a chicken tender connoisseur and he really enjoyed his food. I ordered a mad bowl and wasn’t disappointed. The Mac n cheese was not dry and the chicken was moist and flavorful. We also ordered cheese curds and let’s face it, when in Wisconsin, you HAVE to try the cheese curds. They were so good! I was wishing I had bought two orders. We’d definitely go here again for a quick meal when in the area."
