"I ordered food Monday March 4,2024 for me and my family. They used the same gloves wasnt changed. I had to say something. I dont know how long they been doing this but that night my family and I got sick to where we are all in the hospital with NORVIRUS!!! I tried to call them didnt answer. watch out"

"Worst experience ever employees were rude rushed thru the line and when we got home over half our order was missing items that were asked for tried to call the store and the phone was answered and the employee wanted to act like he couldn’t hear me then hung up tried to call back and the phone was picked up and hung up right away would give zero stars if google had the option take your money and go to jimmy John’s or Jersey mikes better food and way better service!!!!"

"The sub was very good and the 2 people were very nice...but very dissatisfied that I wanted the new club sub but was told I could not use the coupon even though the coupon states what the exclusions are..but was still told no...so ended up getting a different sub. Not good practice when there are so many other places to eat!"

"Went to get a sandwich and soup. The employees were not only unprofessional, as one of them put one glove on and continued to eat her bowl of soup as I decided what to order. She then filled my bowl barely half way and charged me almost $3.00, as she went back to eating her full bowl of soup after I checked out. I would've said something had I noticed it in the store, but went to grab a drink from the fridge when she bagged it. The other workers were standing behind the wall mocking her after she asked where the soup lids were. I will not be visiting this specific establishment again. The sandwich was full and had generous toppings, but this didn't make up for their service."

"Ok so I have eaten at Subways before... but THIS subway... this is something else. Everyone is always friendly and in a good mood AND they make the perfect sub. It’s not so stuffed with ingredients that’s they all spill out because I can’t close it. No. They lay it all perfectly in and fold it over so so carefully that the bread doesn’t fall apart and magically it even keeps from getting soggy even though I tend to order both mayo and sweet onion sauce. Eat fresh indeed."
