"Service with a smile is a saying for a reason. Rather than handle a discrepancy they argue and discredit rather than try to smooth things over and make for peace. I can only assume the owner was dodging the situation as she was never available. If your job entails ladling soup day in and day out do it with joy. If you can endure workers attitude, you can enjoy a decent cup of soup. Other food adequate. George Webb down the road."
"I had soup and a sandwich and so did my wife. The soup was just ok. The buffalo chicken sandwich was fine just nothing to write home about. My wife's food was cold and she was not happy. Seemed pricey for the area and what you get. The service was again, ok, but not great. It is a unique, quirky little place so I think that's part of the draw. Would I go back? Maybe but not likely."
