"Love the sandwiches!!! Crazy that it's closed 4 days a week though! I know there has been staffing issues but it's been so long now, years. No tables or place to eat it with the exception of a small window bar in the dog supply shop."

"I used to love Riley's in the 3rd Ward. Right across the street from my offices. Very good sandwiches, that weren't boring. However, today I am waiting for my pick up order for 10 minutes and witnessed one of their chef's blow his nose with his gloves on and didn't change his gloves. Tough thing to witness, obviously I walked straight out, no food. Done with them. I attempted to call but kept getting the Shorewood location number, no other way on their website to contact. So unfortunately needed to communicate this to them in a review."

"WOW that was a delicious sandwich!! Every single ingredient in the Terrible City was fresh and perfect. The beef is insane…so tender. My dog also thoroughly enjoyed shopping for treats and products. Wonderful staff. Great place!!"

"This place screams great memories. The dogs are all friendly like their owners. The customer service was beyond rewarding. You felt so accepted because everyone called you and your dog by their names. Almost like you are wearing invisible name tags. The drinks are so good and consistent. I love a place that makes the drinks the same every time. I will be telling all my friends with dogs about this place."

"The service was quick and the process was easy. I’m very disappointed in the portions of meat on the sandwich. I’ve seen a plethora of pictures of items on their menu and they all had substantially more steak on the sandwich. I ordered the Kensington Oakland. There was so little steak on the sandwich that I couldn’t actually taste it, but the bun was great. The sandwich was warm and the other ingredients were fresh. There was an excessive amount of mozzarella cheese on the sandwich so much so I couldn’t taste any other flavors in the sandwich. It was excessive, and frankly it was ridiculous. Maybe they were having a bad day, but look at the pictures and posting you can see for yourself."
