"Loved going here for trivia...until recently. My friends and I have been going here for months and always looked forward to enjoying fun trivia and getting a drink and maybe some fries. But last week we were told by a bartender that since "we were having fun at trivia" we should let the bartenders and servers "have fun" by paying $10/person at the table. I understand it's a business but we came here for fun trivia and no where is it advertised there's this charge. We would all order at least one drink or an appetizer. Today, we were told that unless we paid $10/person, our bill would have an extra charge. Other places around here have $1 buy-ins per person...$10/person for trivia is a bit steep. Won't be coming again."
"Spent a lot of time exploring Milwaukee on a cold, rainy night. This turned out to be an awesome place of refuge where we warmed up with a nice hot soup. I recommend the minestrone! Bar service was excellent as well."
"4 overcooked scallops for $44 not worth it. They were bacon wrapped. Took the bacon off since it tasted old. Brussel Spouts tasted boiled. Roasted potatoes were dry. The best part of the meal was the White Haven Sauvignon Blanc and the lake setting."
"Great establishment located directly on Milwaukee harbor. This place managed to maintain the same standards for so long it became a solid option for me whether I'm looking to dine in or just looking for a spot for drinks. The view is hard to beat. With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options, you will always have the option to choose where you want to sit. I like the food here. Always good and always the same quality. The open kitchen concept indicates that this is a seafood restaurant above anything else. The fish and chips menu item is probably one of the best things I've had in a long time. And I'm not a seafood fan by any means. The burgers are good. The walleye is good. The shrimp is good. I don't think you'll be disappointed eating here. The place is good for watching sports. Great for drinking and gatherings. The service is always good. The owner is always involved and present. Parking can be challenging sometimes. Especially during Summerfest grounds events."
"So wow the Chef is amazing. My Scottish Salmon was the best and then the dessert key lime to die for. Service top notch. We are from Florida passing thru and loved this place. If you live local you are lucky."
