"I have had maybe one good experience here, but it’s capitols Taco Bell and they usually stay open to posted time. Only wish they had Baja blast in stock because they rarely have it in stock."

"If i could rate lower i would!!! I went on 2/29 @10am. It was such a pleasant experience my 1st time btw. Went back 3/2 to get lunch for my kids AND IT WAS AWFUL! Rude service to other guests, I ordered the loco tacos and 2 soft steak supreme for myself and they were all regular tacos. Ordered the party pack supreme for my kids and they were not supreme. All were cold n soggy i hate i didn't check it b4 i left and i hate i opted for no receipt this time!!! Also the cina stix tasted awful i mean disgusting. Completely different experience spent $50 to throw most of it away!!!"

"Always go through the drive-thru at this location, they prioritize those orders. Myself and many others waited over 40 minutes today. I only had a $5 box, while all the drive-through orders went out. When I walked in there were only two cars in the drive-thru. The staff was nice and friendly but they needed someone there to delegate."

"this is by far the worst taco bell i’ve been to. i work in customer service i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous. i placed an online order for breakfast through the app at around 10:30. i went to pick it up and walked in a few minutes after 11. i gave the girl behind the counter my name and was told it would be just a few minutes. after what feels like 10 minutes, the manager comes over and informs me that because my order wasn’t checked in until after 11, i can’t receive my food. i asked for a refund and was told that he could offer me other items instead. even the other customers in the lobby thought it was unfair. i walked out and went to get my refund through the app but still haven’t been able to because it says my order is still in progress. piss poor customer service and piss poor management."
