"So u don't do any training or evaluations anymore? No managers come check out the stores? I ask because I'm tired of going into an empty store, repeating my order, waiting nearly 15 minutes for room temp food they always get wrong because either they can't read or comprehend simple instructions, always out of important things like spoons, forks, napkins, no receipt because the machines been broken the last 3 months, which makes the app useless, if it's not some loud giggly kids behind the counter it's all black females mad u stopped them from running their mouths to do some work, corporate has obviously gave up so jus close all taco bell stores so we don't have to pay for rude customer service & food slopped together"

"Went through the drive thru on Tuesday afternoon. The cashier was friendly and professional. Food was served quick, correct, and fresh! Best Taco Bell taco (and experience) I’ve ever had."

"Another food conglomerate that everyone loves but because of the terrible people holding jobs here most often you receive rude service and attitudes, if you even get service at all.. and if you think it doesn’t get any worse if you’re in the drive-through, you wait almost 40 minutes just to receive your order, this place is an absolute disaster, please the district manager of this location needs to do a reset on his store.. and I only say all this because I have 2 to 3 years of Taco Bell experience, I was offered a assistant manager position, but declined due to better opportunities."

"This is supposed to have been a beefy 5 layer burrito out of the $5 box but all I got (as you can see) was cheese and tortilla worst place to get food from my wife had to go back there for alittle less then half of our order because it was missing and the told her it was all in there!! The manager on duty tonight was very rude. Way to go to the manager for teaching your employees how to talk to the customers (sarcastic voice)... please taco bell corporate do something about this location (3334 s. 28th st. Milwaukee, WI 53215) THEY ALL NEED TO BE TRAINED BETTER"
