"I really never post a review even when I disappointed. This is simply ridiculous. Ordered a Whopper with cheese, and literally got a burger, cheese on a bun. No fixings. Got it too go so didn't pay for me to take it back. Generally this location is really good. NOT tonight"
"Stopped through the drive thru on our way home to Plymouth. Got home to find out they forgot our sauces (that we paid extra for) and on top of that multiple black hairs in chicken sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. I definitely would appreciate a refund. I don’t even care for free food."
"Very disappointed. Our online order was not complete and we had to go in and wait for the missing elements to get prepared. The poor girl working the register also was the food prep / deep fry person, while the manager guy hung out, barking orders at her while he chatted with his buddy at a nearby table. Not planning on returning anytime soon. Half of the food was cold by the time we were able to eat it, BTW"
"I like the taste of the food, so I decide to order food BK despite the issues I always have. Every time I order a fish sandwich, the employees seem to ignore my specifications. I order with no tartar sauce but it's always a bunch of it on the sandwich. I wipe it off with napkins, but my sandwich ends up bare afterwards because the tartar sauce is mixed in with the cheese and lettuce. How is this fair to the customer?"
"We stopped at Burger King in Saukville, WI. It was around 7pm. We ordered and it seemed that the drive thru had priority. We waited about 20 minutes but when we got our food it was hot and very good and tasty! Maybe they were short on workers but you have to remember the customers who choose to dine in. There were other people waiting inside for orders also."
